Festive Rosemary Duck: A Culinary Masterpiece

Season the duck legs with salt and pepper.

In a deep, thick-bottomed pan, heat the butter, add rosemary, garlic, and lemon zest. Mash it all together

Spread the mixture on the meat pieces and roll them into a single roulade, tie with string.

Brown the roulade on all sides in a greased pan, season with salt and pepper.

Pour wine into a baking dish and simmer until it is reduced by half, then stir in the cream.
