  • Rice vinegar60 ml
  • Soy Sauce50 ml

    Wash the rice thoroughly. Place the washed rice in a saucepan and add water. Cover and cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes, or until the water is completely absorbed.

    While the rice is cooking, mix rice vinegar, salt, and sugar in a small bowl. Stir well until the sugar and salt dissolve.

    Transfer the cooked rice to a wooden or glass bowl. Pour the vinegar mixture over the rice and gently mix with a wooden spoon to evenly coat all the grains. Cool the rice to room temperature.

    Wet your hands with cold water to prevent the rice from sticking. Take a small amount of rice and shape it into a rectangular shape by hand or using special molds.

    Top each rice ball with a piece of pickled ginger or a little wasabi (optional), then a piece of salmon of the appropriate size.

    Tie the sushi with green onion stalks and transfer to a plate.
