  • Sunflower oil50 ml
  • water200 ml

    Clean the fish, cut into desired pieces, and season with salt.

    Let it rest for a few minutes.

    Dredge the fish pieces in flour and fry on both sides in a well-heated pan with oil.

    Grind the walnuts in a meat grinder or crush them with a special grater.

    Add spices to the walnuts: utskho suneli, ground coriander, marigold, red pepper flakes, and salt.

    Add 2 tablespoons of warm water and knead the mixture well by hand (for about 5-7 minutes) until the walnuts release oil.

    Save the separated oil separately.

    Add boiled and cooled water to the remaining walnut mixture and bring to the desired consistency.

    Transfer the fried fish to a deep dish, pour the prepared bazhe sauce over it, and drizzle with the reserved walnut oil.
