    Boil the turkey until half-cooked, then roast in the oven until golden brown. It's best to prepare it the day before and add broth fat while roasting.

    Grind the walnuts twice through a meat grinder.

    Pound the chili pepper, garlic, marigold petals, cloves, cinnamon, and salt together.

    Add the pounded spices to the walnuts and extract the oil (if possible).

    Finely chop the onion.

    Sauté the onion in walnut oil, but do not brown it.
