    Add baking soda dissolved in vinegar to the matsoni and let it sit for 2-3 minutes.

    Add salt, melted butter, and egg.

    Add flour to the dough and knead a soft dough that sticks slightly to the hands.

    Then place it in a cellophane bag in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

    Mash the cheese and potatoes together and divide into 6 balls.

    Divide the dough into 6 balls, place the cheese and potato mixture inside, and roll out thinly.

    Brush with a mixture of milk and egg yolk.
