    Prepare the dough: In a bowl, mix flour, water, and salt. Knead an elastic dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

    Prepare the filling: Finely chop the onion. Cut the meat and potatoes into small cubes. Grate the carrots.

    In a bowl, mix meat, onion, potatoes, carrots, salt, pepper, and cumin. Add a little water so that the filling is not too dry.
