Lavash Lasagna with Cottage Cheese and Fish

This is a simple and quick version of lasagna, where lavash is used instead of traditional lasagna sheets. The cottage cheese and fish filling gives it a special flavor.

    Whisk the egg and kefir together.

    Cut the lavash into sheets and brush with the kefir and egg sauce. Stack the sheets on top of each other and let them sit for 10 minutes.

    Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve or blend it, add 1 egg.

    Salt the fish fillet and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

    Wash the fish to remove excess salt and cut into small cubes.

    Mix the cottage cheese and fish together, add the chopped dill and stir the ingredients with a spoon.

    Layer the lavash sheets in a lasagna dish, spread the filling, then lavash again, then filling again, and so on. Pour the remaining kefir sauce over the last layer of lavash, in which the lavash was soaked from the beginning.

    Bake the lasagna in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
