Lobio Satsivi with Mint Mchadi

Wash the beans and soak them in water for several hours or overnight.

Boil the beans until tender.

Pass the cooked beans through a meat grinder.

Also pass the walnuts and garlic through a meat grinder.

Sauté the finely chopped onion in oil until golden brown.
