  • Water (for filling)50 ml

    Mix flour and salt together. Add water and knead the dough. The dough should be elastic and not stick to your hands. Wrap the dough in cellophane and let it rest for 30 minutes.

    Mix ground beef, finely chopped onion, salt, pepper, cumin, and cilantro together. Add a little water to make the filling juicier.

    Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut out circles with a glass or a special mold. Place the filling in each circle and wrap the khinkali.

    Boil water in a large pot. Add the khinkali to the boiling water and cook until they float to the surface and for another 5-7 minutes. Carefully remove the khinkali from the pot and place them on a plate.

    Serve hot, sprinkled with black pepper.
