    Grind the oatmeal flakes (but not too finely), add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ground nutmeg and mix.

    In another bowl, whisk together the softened butter, white and brown sugar, whisk in the egg one at a time, add vanillin and whisk well.

    Add the flour and oat dry mixture to the resulting mixture and knead the dough. Add pre-soaked raisins and mix well.

    Make small balls from the resulting dough, then give them pancake shapes. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the cookies apart from each other.

    Bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.

    Put powdered sugar in a bowl, add milk and warm water, whisk with a hand whisk.
