Potato Khinkali
Potato Khinkali is a delicious vegetarian dish that offers an alternative to traditional Khinkali. Potato puree wrapped in dough, served with garlic sauce, creates a unique and flavorful experience.

In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Add water and knead into a stiff dough.

Wrap the dough and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Peel and boil the potatoes, then mash into a puree. Add chopped onion, butter, and salt to taste. Mix well.

Make garlic water: crush the garlic, add salt and water. Mix together.

Roll out the dough thinly. Cut out circles with a glass or cookie cutter.
