    In a bowl, combine flour, water, and salt. Knead into a soft dough.

    Transfer the dough to a table and work it by 'beating'. Hit it on the table 100 times.

    Divide the dough into 400-420 gram balls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Mix 500g of margarine and 50g of flour together.

    Roll out each ball of dough and spread the margarine mixture twice. After each spread, refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes.

    For the third time, simply roll out each ball of dough and fold it.

    Wrap the dough in plastic bags and store in the refrigerator or freezer.

    Divide the dough into three parts. Leave one part for classic qada, fill the second with vanilla cream, and the third with jam.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Brush with egg before baking.
