    Thoroughly wash the purslane under running water, remove any tough stems, leaving only the leaves and tender stems.

    Finely chop the washed purslane.

    In a small pot or bowl, mix the honey and water. If the honey is very thick, you can gently warm it to thin it out, but do not boil.

    Place the chopped purslane in serving bowls, pour the honey mixture over it, and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
