Salmon Steak in Cream Sauce
This is a delicious and relatively simple dish that you can prepare for dinner or a festive table. Salmon steak in cream sauce goes perfectly with rice or vegetables.

Wash the salmon steaks and pat dry with paper towels.

Season with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat and fry the salmon steaks on both sides for about 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown.

Remove the salmon steaks from the skillet and set aside on a plate.

Add the finely chopped onion to the remaining fat and sauté until softened.
