  • Cream200 ml

    Cut the chicken breast into desired sizes and season with salt and dry adjika.

    Heat a pan with butter and oil. Fry the chicken on both sides until golden brown.

    Transfer the fried chicken to the oven and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes.

    For the sauce, finely chop the garlic.

    In the same pan where the chicken was fried, sauté the garlic with the chicken drippings and oil.

    Add the heavy cream, salt, and simmer on low heat for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.

    For the cracker, mix melted butter, flour, dry adjika, oil, and egg together.

    Spread the mixture thinly on a baking silicone sheet and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 3-4 minutes.

    For the green oil, blend the greens and sunflower oil, then strain.
