  • Sunflower oil30 ml
  • Dried Coriander1 ჩაის-კოვზი
  • Utskho Suneli (Blue Fenugreek)½ ჩაის-კოვზი
  • red chillies½ ჩაის-კოვზი
  • Salt2 ჩაის-კოვზი
  • Matsoni200 ml
  • Adjika2 სუფრის-კოვზი

    In a heated pan with oil, sauté the ground beef until browned.

    Add spinach and rice. Cover and simmer for 6-7 minutes.

    Add kidney beans with their juice, and season with dried coriander, blue fenugreek, red pepper flakes (if using), and salt.

    Warm the tortillas (or lavash) on a dry pan or in the microwave.

    Spread the filling on each tortilla and sprinkle with grated Sulguni cheese.

    Fold in the sides, roll up the burrito, and cut in half.
