Tatarboreki with Boiled Beef

In a bowl, combine flour and salt. Add cold water and knead into a stiff dough. Knead for about 10 minutes.

Roll out the dough into a large sheet and cut into squares or diamonds.

Boil the dough pieces in boiling salted water until they float to the surface (about 3-5 minutes).
