Tolma in Grape Leaves
Tolma wrapped in grape leaves is a traditional Georgian dish, especially suitable for the New Year's table. It's a delicious and nutritious dish made with meat, rice, and spices. Serve with sour cream or matsoni.

Cook the rice until half-cooked. Let it cool.

Mix the ground beef, rice, onion, cilantro, parsley, salt, and pepper well.

Cut off the stems of the grape leaves. If they are salty, rinse them.

Place the meat filling on each grape leaf and roll up the tolma.

Place a small plate on the bottom of the pot. Arrange the tolma in the pot on the plate.

Pour in salted water, add butter, and cook over medium heat for 2-2.5 hours, or until the tolma is cooked through.
