  • Vegetable Oil (for frying)200 ml

    Add yeast and salt to the flour. Pour in warm milk and mix well until you get a dough with the consistency of thick sour cream.

    Place the dough in a warm place to rise until it doubles in size.

    Heat plenty of oil in a deep pan. Take a small amount of dough in your hand and make small, hazelnut-sized balls. Cut the balls with a water-dampened spoon and drop them into the hot oil.

    Fry on all sides until golden brown.

    Remove the finished balls to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
